Jacob Cervantes

Jacob Cervantes is an experienced media professional specializing in video production, lighting design, and news photography. Currently serving as a Sunday Service Producer and Lighting Designer at Rock Church since April 2017, Jacob leads the design and operation of lighting systems across multiple campuses and digital platforms. Jacob has also built a robust freelance career since May 2009, providing video editing, motion graphics, and camera operation services. Previous roles include News Photojournalist/Editor at FOX 5 San Diego and News Photographer/Editor at KUSI Television, where responsibilities included capturing and editing news events. Jacob's technical skills extend to studio operations, having worked as a Studio Technician at CW6 - Bay City Television, and earlier experience includes serving as a Youth Audio Visual Assistant at The Rock Church. Jacob graduated from Otay Ranch High School in 2013.
