Thomas Derham

Thomas Derham has extensive experience in the technology sector, serving as Bid Director, Head of Technology, and Technical Solutions Architect at ROCK since June 2014. In the role of Technical Solutions Architect, Thomas conducted comprehensive infrastructure audits for clients, both on-site and remotely. Previous positions include 3rd Tier Advanced Support Team Engineer, addressing complex client issues after initial support attempts, and 2nd Tier Support Technician, managing escalated and time-sensitive problems. Thomas's technical expertise spans HyperV, VSphere, and Windows Server environments. Prior to ROCK, Thomas was an IT System Administrator at Y Pant Comprehensive School from September 2004 to June 2014, where responsibilities included monitoring servers and maintaining network systems.
