Tiffany Klemm

Tiffany Klemm is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in community and operations management. Currently serving as Community Manager at Rock Companies since April 2023, Tiffany is overseeing the newly established Legends Morgan Farms community in Traverse City. Prior roles include Property Manager for BeechTree Partners LLC, managing a 400-unit multifamily property, and Senior Portfolio Manager at Rental Management One, focusing on properties throughout Northern Michigan. Tiffany has held various positions at ROCO Real Estate, including Divisional Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing property operations and resident relations. Additional experience includes property management roles at Broder & Sachse Real Estate Services and IPA Management, along with business management and project management positions in earlier career stages. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Western Michigan University.
