Roger Jackson

Roger Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Roger is currently working as the Director of Operations at Descartes Systems Group since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Rock Solid Internet Systems starting from January 2019. Roger also served as the Director of Client Relations at the same company from November 2016 onwards.

Before joining Rock Solid Internet Systems, Roger worked at Thrive Life as a Systems and Process Engineer from January 2015 to November 2016. Roger played a crucial role in revamping the Supply Chain processes to effectively manage inventory expectations.

From December 2012 to December 2014, Roger served as the Director of Logistics at Younique Products, where they successfully built the operations from scratch for one of the fastest-growing direct-sales companies in Utah.

Prior to Younique Products, Roger was the owner of Personalized IT from January 2005 to December 2012. It started as a hobby and later grew into a one-stop-shop for small businesses, helping them implement technology systems to increase quality and reduce costs.

Roger also has experience in the education sector, working as an Adjunct Professor at Trinidad State Junior College from September 2009 to May 2012. Roger found great fulfillment in helping individuals discover their potential and acquire new skills.

Additionally, Roger served as the Operations Manager at Rustic Log Furniture from March 2006 to July 2011, overseeing the manufacturing of Aspen log furniture. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Operations Officer at Laptops Etc. from January 2003 to June 2005, where they managed order processing, customer support, and financial reporting.

Roger's career also includes their role as a Technical Support Specialist at Henry Schein from August 2000 to January 2003, where they provided consistent and professional support for Dentrix Dental Systems.

Roger Jackson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Adams State University. Roger attended the university from 2006 to 2014.
