Kai Elwert has extensive work experience in the IT industry, with a focus on infrastructure, cloud transformation, and digital transformation. Kai has held various leadership roles in companies such as Belron®, Rock Tech Lithium, and ACENT AG. Kai also worked at BP, where they served as the Head of Platform Integrity Global and Platform Service Manager EMEA, responsible for ensuring operational excellence and financial efficiency in the company's cloud operation. Prior to that, they held positions as IT Hosting & Investment Manager EMEA and Head of Infrastructure Portfolio EMEA. Kai's earlier roles at BP included IT Integration Manager, Project Manager, Incident & Change Manager, and Unix System Manager. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in cloud migrations, commercials & contracts, service management, and project & program leadership.

Kai Elwert pursued a degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik at Fachhochschule Wedel, where they obtained their MsC and Diplom-Informatiker.
