Holly (Tingye) Zhong

UX Lead at Rocker

Holly (Tingye) Zhong has a diverse range of work experience in the field of UX and interaction design. Holly (Tingye) has most recently worked as a UX Designer at Rocker since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Bynk as a UX Designer from October 2019 to January 2020.

Holly has also gained valuable experience as an Experience Design Intern at Fjord from September 2018 to December 2018, where they worked closely with designers and project managers to assist clients in bridging the gap between their vision and their products. Holly (Tingye) conducted interviews with stakeholders and customers and conducted research to identify pain points and needs.

Before that, Holly worked at Upbeater as a UX & Interaction Designer from June 2018 to October 2018, and at MindfulHU as a UX & Interaction Designer from August 2017 to September 2018. At MindfulHU, they also served as a Master Thesis Student, where they designed and developed a physical product and conducted research on interaction design for mindful breathing support devices.

Holly began their career at Hujiang as a Courseware Visual Designer from May 2015 to November 2017, where they focused on visual and layout design for online coursewares. Holly (Tingye) also has experience as a UI Designer at Hangzhou Wangyao Internet Technology from July 2014 to September 2014.

Throughout their work experience, Holly has developed a strong set of skills in problem-solving, conducting research, prototyping, and collaborating with teams to deliver innovative solutions. Holly (Tingye) values attention to detail and the importance of visual hierarchy in their design work.

Holly (Tingye) Zhong pursued their education at Zhejiang University from 2011 to 2015. During this time, they attained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Industrial Design. Following their undergraduate studies, Holly furthered their education at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2018. Here, they completed a Master of Science (M.S.) program in Human Computer Interaction.
