Elizabeth Thompson

Elizabeth Thompson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Leader of Canadian Pulse (HR) Services and Pulse (HR) Business Partner at Rocket Innovation Studio since June 2020. Prior roles include HRBP - Manager, Talent & Engagement and HR Business Partner at Plasman Group from August 2015 to May 2020. Elizabeth's career also includes strategic HR management at AIB and advisory roles at PwC, where responsibilities involved organizational change and HR function enhancements. Previous experiences include a Human Resources Project Manager role at University College Dublin and a managerial position at BentallGreenOak. Elizabeth began in HR as an assistant at the Windsor-Essex Children's Aid Society. Educational qualifications include a MIRHR from the University of Toronto, a BA Honours in Labour Studies & Sociology from the University of Windsor, and a CIPD Award in Employment Law & Practice from the National College of Ireland.
