Preston Engstrom

Preston Engstrom is a data scientist with extensive experience in data-driven decision making and application development. Currently employed at Rocket Innovation Studio since October 2020, Preston focuses on leveraging machine learning models to enhance applications. Prior experience includes various roles at RBC, where Preston worked as a Senior Data Engineer and Data Scientist in Location Intelligence from July 2017 to October 2020. Additionally, Preston Engstrom has provided data engineering services as a private contractor for Scotiabank and served as Manager of Data Science in Decision Sciences at Scotiabank, where solutions for large data volumes from multiple sources were designed and developed. Earlier roles also include co-op positions as an Artificial Intelligence Applications Analyst at John Deere Financial and as a Business Intelligence Analyst. Preston holds a degree from Brock University, attended from 2012 to 2017.
