Barry Chang

Barry Chang is a seasoned financial systems and technology professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including aerospace, automotive, and entertainment. Currently serving as the Financial Systems Director at Rocket Lab since November 2022, Barry is responsible for establishing a multi-country organization focused on Finance, People, and Operation technologies while enhancing SOX/ITAR controls and process improvements. Previous roles include Manager of Finance Technology at Rivian, where Barry led EPM roadmap strategies, and Financial Systems Analyst at Hulu, where financial modeling and key metrics reporting were developed. With a robust background in ERP implementation, project management, and business operations across multiple companies, Barry holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Accounting from UC Irvine.
