Swagata Ghosh currently serves as the Head of Data Engineering & Analytics at Rocket Lab, a role commenced in March 2023, where leadership involves enhancing various departmental efficiencies through advanced business intelligence (BI) solutions and integrating mergers and acquisitions under a centralized BI framework. Prior to this, Swagata held significant positions including Director of Data & Analytics at RCLCO Real Estate Advisors, where impactful BI solutions resulted in considerable savings, and Lead BI Solution Architect roles at Niagara Bottling and WD, contributing to the development of complex data models and actionable insights. With extensive experience across various companies, Swagata has a proven track record in driving BI practices, optimizing data operations, and delivering high-quality analytics across industries. Swagata holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Bangalore University.
