Jeman Park

Jeman Park has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career as a Pizza Maker at Fresh Picked Pizza, where they also provided input on menu marketing strategies.

In 2015, Jeman co-founded Rhidian Tech and served as a Co-Founder and CEO/Product Lead. They played a vital role in the development and launch of Edupass, a student attendance platform that utilized attendance data to identify weaknesses in school curricula. Jeman implemented Agile processes and led the entire product lifecycle, including UX research, design, and development.

Jeman also gained experience in politics as an Interim Campaign Manager and Lead Designer for Tim Laughinghouse's campaign for the MN State House. They developed campaign strategies and policy points and designed branding materials. They also provided coaching and public speaking support to the candidate.

In 2017, Jeman worked as a Community Team Manager at Catapult Ideas, where they mentored students and advised youth startups. They also instructed entrepreneurship fundamentals to exchange students at Draper University.

Jeman's other work experiences include roles at Rocket Money (formerly Truebill), Alice Financial, Rally Health, Wagon, Mercato, and Loeb Enterprises. These positions allowed them to gain experience as an Associate Product Manager, Associate Project Manager, and Product Intern, where they contributed to product development, set up workflow processes, and conducted UX research.

Overall, Jeman Park has a strong background in product management, entrepreneurship, and design with experience in various industries, from e-grocery shopping platforms to political campaigns.

Jeman Park attended Grinnell College from 2016 to 2020, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Sociology. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Mounds View High School from 2012 to 2016, obtaining their H.S. Diploma. Additionally, in October 2020, Jeman obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance.
