Don Chiesa

Don Chiesa is a seasoned mortgage lending professional with over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President for Rocket Pro TPO since October 2010, Don focuses on establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with community banks, credit unions, and brokers, facilitating growth in their mortgage businesses through advanced technologies and a comprehensive range of loan products. Prior experience includes senior leadership positions at Agire Mortgage, Solstice Capital, Decision One Mortgage, Contifinancial, and HSBC Mortgage Services, where responsibilities spanned operations, sales management, and organizational efficiency. Don Chiesa holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Columbia University, completed in 1988.
