Prior to this role, Alia held positions at AbbVie, The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, Shire, KOWA PHARMACEUTICAL EUROPE CO. LTD., and 3M, where Alia gained extensive experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry. Alia holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Bath and a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Bristol.
