Andrea Trita

Andrea Trita has extensive work experience in the field of photonics engineering. Andrea is currently working as a Senior Principal Photonics Engineer at Coherent Corp. since January 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Rockley Photonics Inc., including Director of R&D - Advanced PIC Design, PIC Design Manager, and Senior Design Engineer, starting in 2014. Andrea also worked as a Researcher at imec from January 2011 to June 2014 and as a Post doc at Ghent University from January 2011 to June 2014. Andrea began their career as a Post doc at the University of Pavia, where they worked from October 2008 to December 2010.

Andrea Trita completed a Laurea Degree in Electronics Engineering from Università di Catania. Following that, from 2006 to 2009, Andrea pursued a PhD in Electronics Engineering at Università di Pavia.
