Xavier Deulofeu

Xavier Deulofeu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Xavier started their career at CaixaBank in 2006 as a Senior Analyst, where they worked for nine years. Xavier then joined DKSH as an Accountant in 2015, before moving on to Deloitte as a Senior Management Consultant in 2016. Xavier worked at Deloitte for four years before joining Vueling Airlines as a Strategy Manager in 2020. Currently, they hold two positions at ROCKON Digital Evolution, where they serve as the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer since March 2023.

Xavier Deulofeu has pursued a diverse education history. Xavier completed an Executive MBA program at the University of Zurich, where they focused on General Management with a specific emphasis on Digital Transformation. Additionally, Xavier participated in the Graduate School of Business (GSB) program at Stanford University, undertaking the Global Management Immersion Experience. Xavier also attended the Kellogg-Recanati Executive MBA Program at the Coller School of Management, where they specialized in Data Government and Innovation.

Before their MBA programs, Xavier Deulofeu obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the Universitat de Barcelona. Xavier furthered their education at the same university, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management.

Aside from their formal education, Xavier has pursued additional certifications to enhance their skills. Xavier obtained a certification as a basketball coach from the Federación Española de Baloncesto. Additionally, Xavier acquired certifications in Leadership, Negotiation Skills, and Worker Planning and Team Management from the School of Continuing Education at the Universitat de Barcelona.
