Alex Contreras

Alex Contreras is an experienced educator and coach currently teaching Physical Education, Weight Training, and Team Sports at Rockwall ISD since July 2021, while also serving as the Safeties coach at Rockwall-Heath High School. Previously, Alex spent over a decade at Greenville High School Athletic as the Varsity Linebackers coach and Head Track coach, where coaching experience included a 4-3 defense and a 3-4 scheme, as well as coaching Defensive Backs. Additionally, during the tenure at Greenville Independent School District, Alex taught various business courses, including Touch System Data Entry and Entrepreneurship, and is AHA CPR certified. Alex holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University-Commerce, obtained in 2009.
