Michał Węgierek

Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering, innovation, and blockchain solutions. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha supports innovation projects by providing training and mentorship. Micha is the owner and founder of managination, emphasizing a dynamic and reliable software development process since 2005. Previously held positions include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, and technical leadership roles at Share&Charge and Sweetbridge, Inc. Micha also contributed to the IIB Council as a Blockchain Advisory Board member and served as an Advisor at PioneerVentures.io. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and a specialization in Fintech from MIT, alongside a Project Management Professional certification.
