Mike Byrnes

Mike Byrnes has a strong background in law and compliance, with experience in leading global legal teams and overseeing various legal matters for Rockwell Automation. Formerly holding roles as Vice President of Commercial Law, Regional & Corporate Law, Law, Contracts & Negotiations, and Enterprise Risk Management, Mike has also served as Assistant General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. With a JD in Law from the University of Wisconsin Law School, Mike also holds a BA in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
