Richard Murray

Richard Murray is a seasoned engineering executive with extensive experience in leading technology and product development across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Engineering Officer at Rockwell Automation since May 2022, Richard oversees engineering for the company's Production Operations Management Applications, including the Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform and the Fiix Maintenance Management Platform. Prior to this role, Richard held senior leadership positions at Plex Systems, Inc., Bromium, CollabNet VersionOne, Thomson Reuters, TIBCO Software Inc., Digital Equipment Corporation, British Aerospace/SEMA, and Marconi Radar Systems Ltd. Richard's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering from Middlesex University, obtained between 1988 and 1991.
