Amanda R. is the Director of People and Culture at Rockwood Leadership Institute. Amanda has experience in various roles such as Senior Staff Engagement and Wellness Manager, Engagement and Wellness Manager, Operations Manager, and Office Coordinator. Amanda also worked at Youth Outside, GLOW Foundation, AmeriCorps VISTA, SEIU, and UC Berkeley in multiple capacities.
