Sonya A. Tareke

Sonya A. Tareke, MBA, currently serves as a Sr. Program Manager at The Exchange at Beverly Gray, focusing on supporting the BIPOC entrepreneurial community in Buffalo, NY. As Co-Founder and COO of Team Real Talk, Inc., a Certified B-corporation, Sonya promotes Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) through an innovative eLearning platform. Additionally, Sonya is a Karen Lee Spaulding Oishei Fellow with the Rockwood Leadership Institute and works as a Lead Course Facilitator at Kauffman FastTrac, helping aspiring entrepreneurs develop essential business skills. Other roles include Limited Partner at Good Neighbor Fund, Project Manager, and Program Manager at Entrepreneurship for All, and Entrepreneur in Residence at the University at Buffalo. Sonya's educational background includes an MBA and a BS in International Business from the University at Buffalo.
