Kaitlin Elmore is a seasoned professional in pastoral care and community service, currently serving as the Caring Companion Program Manager at Volunteers of America Colorado since January 2024. With extensive experience as a Deacon at the Rocky Mountain Conference of The United Methodist Church since June 2017, Kaitlin has also worked as an Alumni Coordinator at Northpoint Recovery and held various chaplaincy roles at UCHealth, Pathways, and Suncrest Home Health & Hospice. Additional roles include serving as Pastor at Metropolitan Community Church and Residential Counselor at Turning Point Center for Youth & Family Development, focusing on at-risk teenagers. Kaitlin holds a Master of Divinity degree from Iliff School of Theology and a Bachelor's degree in Radio, Television, and Film with a focus on Anthropology from the University of North Texas.
