Nancy McKinney

Nancy McKinney is the Talent Acquisition Director. She leads the talent acquisition function that places the right people in the right jobs at the right time to deliver against RMI’s goals. Her recruiting focus include strategy, processes, operations, marketing, employer brand, analytics and the internship and employee referral programs—all with an emphasis on attracting, hiring and retaining diverse talent.

Over her 11-plus years in recruiting, she helped numerous companies with their recruitment marketing initiatives, led a global diversity recruitment program and owned a healthcare staffing agency. Her varied background also includes leading the small business development office for Aurora, Colorado, and managing a team to ensure underrepresented communities were counted in Census 2010.

Nancy Mckinney is a certified Diversity Professional from Diversity Executive Leadership Academy. She has a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business from University of Colorado. She is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
