Oscar Alberto Hernandez

Oscar Alberto Hernandez is currently an Associate at RMI. Oscar has over two years of experience in business development and coordination. At their previous company, Bureau Veritas Group, they were responsible for formulating and implementing sales strategies and go-to-market plans for Certification services. Oscar also co-developed a tech product for second party audits which has brought in contracts worth over 300K USD.

In 2020, Hernandez took on a consulting role with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru. Oscar was responsible for providing consulting services for non-profit and government organizations.

Hernandez is a skilled communicator with a proven track record of enhancing relationships with public institutions, business associations, and the Chamber of Commerce. Oscar is also experienced in organizing workshops and business events related to Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety Standards.

Oscar Alberto Hernandez has a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University's MPA Program - Cornell Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy, with a specialization in International Trade from Universidad Sergio Arboleda. Oscar also has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. In addition, they have certification from McKinsey & Company in Problem Solving, eCornell in Accounting Certificate, eCornell in Python for Data Science Certificate, and HP in HP Summer Scholars.
