Gene Onoffrey

Gene Onoffrey is a Mechanical Design Engineer at Rocla Concrete Tie, Inc. since July 2015, specializing in the design of concrete Turnout ties, Grade Crossing panels, Cross ties, and various other concrete railroad products. Previously, Gene worked as a designer at Koppers Inc. from February 2012 to July 2015, and at MESA Inc. from October 2009 to February 2012. Earlier in the career, Gene served as an electrical drafter at Industrial Design Corporation from 1992 to 1996.
