Leslie Richardson Mann has a diverse background in art direction and design. Leslie started their career as an Associate Art Director at Real Simple in 2002 and later joined Good Housekeeping as an Art Director in 2004. Leslie was promoted to Design Director in 2005, overseeing the design of the third-largest monthly magazine in the U.S. Leslie then worked as an Art Director at New York Magazine from 2007 to 2008 and at Hearst Magazines O, The Oprah Magazine from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, Leslie worked at Maryjane Fahey Design as a Designer and later joined New York Magazine as an Art Director for their weddings division. From 2012 onwards, they have been a Freelance Art Director, working with companies like Rodale Inc. and currently with Hearst Magazines.
Leslie Richardson Mann has a varied education history. In 1992, they attended Bard College where they pursued a degree in Painting and successfully completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in 1996. In 1997-1998, Leslie enrolled in the School of Visual Arts, where they focused on coursework in Graphic Design. Later, in 2009-2010, they attended Noble Desktop, specializing in Web Design.
