Marie Swisher

Marie Swisher has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Marie started their career as an Account Executive at GSD&M, working on the Walmart account from 1990 to 1993. Marie then moved on to become an Account Director at Publicis, where they worked on the Zales the Diamond Store account from 1993 to 2000. Marie then joined Mary Kay Inc. in 2000, where they held various roles, including Manager, U.S. Consumer Marketing; Director, U.S. Consumer Marketing; Director, Global Consultant Marketing; Director, Global Brand Development Skincare; and Vice President, Global Brand Development/Marketing. Marie was responsible for leading the global product portfolio strategy, marketing assets, and new product development for Mary Kay in multiple markets. Marie worked at Mary Kay Inc. until 2019, when they joined Rodan + Fields as Senior Director, Product Development. Marie then transitioned to Senior Director, Product Marketing & Innovation before assuming their current role as VP Product Development + Marketing Innovation.

Marie Swisher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin.
