Anna M Foss

Anna M Foss is a seasoned professional in leadership development and psychosocial support, currently serving as a Leadership Development Specialist Advisor for the Norwegian Refugee Council since January 2020. With extensive experience in managing women's centers and providing psychosocial support at the Norwegian Red Cross since May 2012, Anna has also contributed to academia as a lecturer and course developer at Kristiania University College until December 2021. Previous roles include senior consultancy and executive coaching in the IT and telecom sectors, with notable positions at BI Norwegian Business School and Telenor, where Anna held various project management and editorial roles.
