Mathew Horwitz

Mathew Horwitz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mathew started their career at Sander A. Kessler & Associates in 2004 as an Account Manager. Mathew then joined Velocity Commercial Capital in 2005, where they held the roles of Account Executive / AVP - Sales and later Assistant Vice President - Special Assets Manager. At Velocity Commercial Capital, they were involved in program and project development, evaluated credit requests, conducted collateral evaluations, and performed underwriting tasks. In 2020, they moved to Pender Capital and served as the Vice President, Asset Management. In this role, they implemented spreadsheets for financial accuracy, drafted payoff demands, managed loans, and resolved various issues. Currently, starting from 2022, Mathew is working at Rodeo Lending, where they serve in Loan Servicing & Operations.

Mathew Horwitz completed their high school education at Crespi Carmelite High School from 1993 to 1996. Mathew then pursued further studies at UCLA from 1996 to 2001, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a specialization in Business Administration.
