Shane Lafave

Shane LaFave has been in the real estate development field for 15 years. He has worked on everything from affordable housing renovations in suburban areas to high-end market-rate buildings in urban cores. Shane has also worked to develop multiple hotels, historic buildings, commercial spaces, and two solar farms. As Director of Development, he oversees the development team as they drive new projects from initial conception through the end of construction. This includes finding sites, lining up financing, obtaining entitlement approvals, coordinating design, and collaborating with other departments to bring each new project online.
