Damian Poltz is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in wireline technology and strategy within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Wireline Network at Rogers Communications since May 2023, Damian leads teams responsible for various consumer and business technologies, focusing on modernization and growth efforts. Prior to joining Rogers, Damian spent over 25 years at Shaw Communications, advancing through several key leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Wireline Technology & Strategy, where responsibilities encompassed the development and operation of wireline networks and the formulation of technology strategies. Educational credentials include an MBA from Cornell University and Queen's University, as well as a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Calgary.
