Neel Dayal

Neel Dayal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation and technology partnerships, currently serving as Head of Innovation and Partnerships at Rogers Communications since October 2012. Neel has previously held roles such as Director of Innovation Ecosystem and Director of Digital Channels at Rogers, driving strategic initiatives and overseeing digital transformation. Additional experience includes advising for Lost & Found Recordings, managing client experiences at Bell, and leading customer experience initiatives at Virgin Mobile Canada. Neel also has a strong background in operations as Chief Operating Officer at Tayside Industries Ltd and project management at Bell Canada. Educational credentials include multiple MBA degrees from McGill University and Esade, along with an HBA from Ivey Business School and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
