Phil Garcia

Phil Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Phil has held the position of IT Director at Rogers Machinery Company, Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at PacificSource Health Plans, where they served as an IT Infrastructure Architect from March 2019 to April 2021, and as an Infrastructure Administrator from April 2016 to March 2019. Before that, Phil worked at Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) as a Network Specialist II from January 2006 to April 2016. Phil also has experience as a Network and Systems Administrator at SELCO Community Credit Union from 2001 to 2005, and as a Network Administrator at Branch Engineering from 1998 to 2001. Phil's earlier work experience includes the positions of Vice President of Finance and Operations at Accelerated Transport Services from August 1991 to April 1997, and Director of Operations and Terminal Manager at Air Cargo International from 1990 to 1997.

Phil Garcia attended the University of Puget Sound from 1985 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management. In July 2003, they obtained the MCSE certification from Microsoft.
