Joseph Harper has a diverse range of work experience in the construction industry. Joseph began their career at DPR Construction, Inc. in 2006, where they worked as a Project Engineer until 2009.

In 2009, they joined Solis Constructors, Inc. as a Project Engineer and later moved on to become the Construction Quality Control Systems Manager, working on a project for the US Army Corp of Engineers until March 2011.

From 2011 to 2012, Harper worked as both a Project Superintendent and a Project Manager/Estimator at CWA Construction, Inc., overseeing multiple projects in the Central Texas area.

Joseph then joined Rogers-O'Brien Construction in 2012 and worked their way up through various roles. Joseph started as an Assistant Project Manager and QM at Seton Medical Center Austin until 2014. Harper then transitioned to the position of Project Manager, where they worked on the University House and Lutheran Student Center projects in Austin, TX until 2019.

From 2019 to 2021, Harper served as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing the construction of Villas on Rio and Torre Student Housing projects in Austin, TX. Joseph also worked on the 315 College Main Student Housing and University Lutheran Church project in College Station, TX during this time.

Currently, Harper holds the position of Project Director at Rogers-O'Brien Construction. In this role, they are responsible for managing multiple projects, including the 6-Level Mueller Bravo Office and Garage project in Austin, TX, the 315 College Main Student Housing and University Lutheran Church project in College Station, TX, and the 401 First Street Student Housing project in College Station, TX.

Joseph Harper attended Humble High School from 1997 to 2000. Following this, from 2000 to 2005, they pursued their higher education at Texas State University, majoring in Construction Management & Technology with a focus on the field of Construction.
