Paula Aquilina-Shin has a diverse work experience in various roles within the digital marketing and e-commerce industry. Paula started their career at Bell Sympatico as a Web Producer in 1998. Paula then moved on to work at Indigo as a Manager of E-commerce for the Chapters-Indigo division. Paula was responsible for helping build and launch the Chapters.ca website. Paula later joined The Shopping Channel as a Manager of E-commerce, where they led a team and contributed to significant revenue growth and the development of new site functionality. In 2013, they transitioned to Rogers Communications as a Senior Manager of Digital Strategy and Performance. Most recently, Paula has been working with Rogers Sports & Media in various roles, including Senior Manager of Digital Audience Development and Social Partnerships & Digital Sales Strategy Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager of GTM & B2B Marketing and Commercial Lead for RSM Ad Manager at Rogers Sports & Media.

Paula Aquilina-Shin holds a B.A. degree in Journalism with a specialty in Magazine Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University.
