Caroline Spry

Caroline Spry has work experience in various roles and companies. Caroline started their career at Baked by Melissa in 2014 as a Customer Happiness Associate and worked there until 2016. In 2016, they joined Carats & Cake as a Team Assistant and later became the Chief of Staff from 2018 to 2021. From 2022 to 2023, they served as the Head of People at Carats & Cake. Currently, Caroline is the Head of People at ROH since 2023.

Caroline Spry completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Food Marketing from Saint Joseph's University between 2010 and 2014.
