Joaquina Smith

Joaquina Smith is an experienced civil engineer with a diverse background in project management and field operations. Currently serving as a Resident Engineer at Rohadfox Corporation since January 2023, Joaquina previously held roles such as Bid Coordinator and Operations Coordinator at Astra Group, LLC from February 2020 to January 2023. Prior experience includes Contract Manager and Project Controls roles at Rohadfox Construction Control Services Corporation, as well as positions at Jones|Carter, ECM Consultants, Inc., and the City of Baton Rouge. Joaquina began a career in engineering as an intern while studying at Southern University and A&M College, where a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering was obtained.
