Lawrence Harrod

Lawrence Harrod is an experienced program scheduler and program controls manager currently working at Rohadfox Construction Control Services Corporation since January 2009, leading the $400 million biosolids treatment and beneficial reuse project at Blue Plains Wastewater Treatment Plant. Prior to this role, Lawrence served as the capital projects manager for the City of Atlanta from 1990 to 2009, where contributions were made as a key member of the $3 billion Consent Decree Program Management Team for the Department of Watershed Management. Educational qualifications include studies at Southern Polytechnic State University and the University of South Carolina.
