Lenka Hodačová

Lenka Hodačová has worked in the HR and office management field since 2009. Lenka started their career at EOGEN a.s. as an HR and Office Manager. In 2011, they moved on to ENERGY 21 in the same role. Since 2014, they have been employed at Rohlik.cz as an HR and Payroll Guru, where they are responsible for the complete personnel management, terminations, and associated processes for over 1,000 employees. Additionally, they prepare payroll documents and methodically mentors junior payroll accountants, as well as prepares reporting for the highest levels of the company.

Lenka Hodačová obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Obecná antropologie Člověka from Charles University in 2012-2017. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Soudobé dějiny from Charles University in 2009-2011.
