Shafiqul Islam

Shafiqul Islam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Director & CEO of TalenTracker Limited since September 2021, Shafiqul is responsible for strategy, operations, business development, and finance. Concurrently, as Country Business Manager for ROHTO Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in Bangladesh, key responsibilities include overall management, business planning, marketing strategy development, and supply chain management. Previously, Shafiqul held multiple positions at Rohto-Mentholatum (Bangladesh) Limited, leading operations and corporate strategy, and has contributed to significant business growth. Shafiqul’s career began in human resources roles at organizations like BRAC Bank Limited and ACI Logistics Limited, showcasing expertise in HR policies, operations, and management. Shafiqul holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Military Institute of Science and Technology.
