Shauna Soergel

Shauna Soergel possesses extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources & Compliance and previously holding multiple roles including Operations Manager and Billing Specialist at Residential Options, Inc. since March 2013. Additionally, Shauna has expertise in providing intensive behavioral therapy as an ABA Technician. Earlier experience includes serving as a Lab Assistant at Michigan State University, where assessment of Methylmercury toxicity was conducted using various laboratory techniques. Shauna holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Michigan State University, earned in 2016, and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Laboratory Diagnostics from the same institution, completed in 2013. Educational background also includes a high school diploma from Charlevoix High School.
