Lori Nolin currently serves as the Director at ROI Communication. Lori has over 20 years of experience in the field of communication and their work spans across multiple industries. Lori has a proven track record of success in creating and implementing communication strategies that engage employees and drive business results.

Most recently, Lori was the Director, Internal Communication and Employee Experience at Lytx, Inc. from October 2020 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for leading the content strategy and editorial for all-employee communication. Lori was also the primary writer and go-to resource for the executive team, connecting the dots to business strategy.

Prior to Lytx, Lori served as the Global Head of Internal Communication at IGT from January 2017 to October 2019. During their time at IGT, Lori made a significant impact on the company through their innovative communication strategies. Lori challenged the status quo, which resulted in expanding the scope of their role to include all global communication within a year. Lori also created and implemented a global communication strategy focused on people, products, and progress. This led to increased employee engagement and improved business results. In addition, Lori instituted storytelling and professional writing, which helped to further improve communication across the organization. Furthermore, they spearheaded ongoing cultural change through communication and created a translation strategy that resulted in translations of all-employee communication into ten languages. Because of their success at IGT, Lori was selected to serve on the multi-year IGT 2020 working team to help evolve the organization.

Lori Nolin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the College of Communication at Boston University. Lori also holds a certification from LinkedIn in Constructive Candor: Important Conversations with Coworkers, Family, and Friends. In addition, Lori is certified in Reiki (Usui System of Natural Healing) at the Reiki level-one certification.
