Eva Pánková

Eva Pankova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Eva started their career as a Recruiting Consultant at Key6 Business Solutions in 2004. Eva then became a Senior Consultant at the same company in 2007.

In 2010, Eva began working as a Freelancer, providing HR consulting services to start-ups and FMCG production corporations. Eva'sresponsibilities included recruitment, training, team building activities, HR consulting, internal communication, and company culture development. Eva also created tailored training programs for lower and middle management and their teams, and provided HR guidance for line managers. Eva continued freelancing until 2017.

From 2007 to 2017, Eva worked as a Recruitment and Internal Communication Manager in the Czech Republic and Slovakia for Pivovary Staropramen s.r.o., Molson Coors Group.

In 2017, Eva joined Flexjobs CZ as a Partner, where they focused on building a start-up consulting business that aimed to improve flexible working practices in companies. Eva designed products and tools to identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and worked as a project manager to implement the selected solutions. Eva remained in this role until February 2019.

Following their time at Flexjobs, Eva worked as an Interim People Team Lead and later as the Head of People at ROI Hunter, a MarTech start-up SaaS company. Eva joined the company soon after it received an investment and played a key role in implementing changes and improvements.

In 2019, Eva also worked as an External People Advisor and Mentor at Business Factory.

Eva Pankova has a diverse education history. Eva holds a Master's degree in Company Management, which they obtained from Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at the same university from 1997 to 2000.
