Annie Murchison has worked in the media and advertising industries since 2014. Annie began their career as a Media Intern at Love Advertising, followed by a Media Planner role at Advertising Media Planning Foundations. Annie then held internships at the Houston Zoo and Descendent Studios in 2015. That same year, they worked as a Junior Media Planner/Buyer, Assistant Media Planner/Buyer, and Media Coordinator at Proof Advertising. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at DWA, where they held the roles of Senior Media Planner, Media Planner, and Assistant Media Planner. Most recently, they have been a Senior Media Strategist at ROI•DNA.
Annie Murchison attended Episcopal High School from 2008 to 2012 and then obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising from Moody College of Communication from 2012 to 2016. Annie has also obtained seven certifications, including ABM Certification: Foundations Course from Demandbase in June 2021, Bystander Training: From Bystander to Upstander from LinkedIn in September 2020, Difficult Conversations: Talking About Race at Work from LinkedIn in September 2020, Merkle Digital Professional Certification from Merkle in June 2020, Conversational Marketing Certified from Drift in June 2021, Google Ads Display Certification from Google in June 2021, and Google Ads Search Certification from Google in June 2021.
