David Harari

David Harari is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and management roles. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Bloom Ventures since March 2021, David also holds managerial responsibilities at Rok Lending Israel, a leading family-run private lender in Florida. As a Principal at Barkan Investments and former Managing Principal at WOW PURE, David has focused on innovative investments and property provision. Prior to these roles, David spent nearly a decade at Prime Group US, specializing in acquisitions within real estate development. Earlier experience includes working as a Security Consultant at Kent Security. David earned a BA in Supply Chain with a Minor in International Studies from Penn State University.
