Samuel James

Samuel James is a Client Success Manager at ROK Technologies, LLC, since October 2023. Previously, Samuel served as the Geospatial Cloud Services Leader at Axim Geospatial, where leadership included business and technical development, management of client portfolios, and supervision of Solutions Engineers. Samuel's background features roles as a Senior Solutions Engineer and a Solutions Engineer, where significant contributions included designing enterprise GIS environments and developing internal tools. Prior experience includes serving as GIS Coordinator at Pavlov Media, where Samuel improved business processes and established a centralized geospatial database, and as a GIS Intern at the Village of Mahomet, enhancing geospatial data management. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography and GIS, a Bachelor of Science in Earth, Society, and Environmental Sustainability, and a minor in Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
