Toby Rohrbach has held various design and leadership positions throughout their career. toby started as a Senior Designer at Oakley in 1995, where they played a key role in defining the brand's visual DNA and expanding their product categories. In 2002, they joined Alpinestars as the Global Footwear Design Manager, where they built and led performance footwear design teams and established brand DNA in footwear and accessories. toby returned to Oakley in 2007 as the Creative Design Director, overseeing multiple design departments and managing a large budget. During their time at Oakley, they collaborated with other teams and pushed for innovative design concepts. In 2015, they joined Jannard, Inc. as the Design Director for Eyewear, where they focused on creating unique designs and integrating different functional and aesthetic concepts. Currently, they are the Vice President of Product Design at ROKA Sports, Inc., where they lead product design and aims to unlock human potential.
Toby Rohrbach attended ArtCenter College of Design from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Transportation. Subsequently, Toby worked as a Design Instructor at Art Center College of Design, specializing in the field of Design.
