Tugce Senol

Tugce Senol has extensive experience at Roketsan since April 2013, where roles include Head of Leadership & Behavioral Development Unit and Head of Learning Technology & Information Management Unit at Roketsan Academy. Tugce has received multiple Roketsan Appreciation Awards for significant contributions to the organization, including awards in September 2023, November 2017, and May 2015. Prior to that, Tugce worked as a Human Resources Assistant Specialist at Bilkent University from 2007 to 2009. Educational qualifications include a Program Diploma in Innovation Management from the International Business Management Institute (2020), a Master of Arts in International Relations from Bilkent University (2009), and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Baskent University (2007).
