Mikkel Lucas Overby

Mikkel Lucas Overby is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in tech startups and investment. Currently serving as COO and CFO of Rokoko since April 2016, Mikkel has played a pivotal role in the development of innovative motion capture tools. Additionally, Mikkel holds positions as an investor at Melatech and as Chairman of the Board and investor at Rokoko Care. Mikkel is a co-founder of Shape Robotics, known for the Fable modular robot, and an angel investor at Lowcash Ventures, which supports early-stage companies in Denmark. Mikkel's previous experience includes founding Sentio Simulations, serving as CCO and partner at Serious Games Interactive, and strategic sourcing at Nordea Bank. Mikkel holds a PhD from Stanford University and has completed a leadership program at INSEAD.
