Rebecca daCosta is an accomplished leader in consumer insights with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Global Consumer Insights at Roku Inc. since August 2020, Rebecca leads a team that focuses on generating insights to enhance user acquisition and support strategic decisions. Prior to this role, Rebecca was Vice President of Insights, Analytics & Strategies at SmithGeiger, where innovative research methodologies were applied to serve diverse client partners. At Mattel, from 2000 to 2018, Rebecca held the position of Director of Global Consumer Insights and Strategy, delivering actionable insights that influenced brand strategy for a global portfolio of products. Early career experience includes a role as Supervisor of Automotive Research at J.D. Power, specializing in quantitative studies. Rebecca holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS in Marketing and Advertising from Arizona State University.
